Precision Fabric Cutting (3–5 Days)

Logo Printing & Embroidery (5–7 Days)

We offer a full range of logo application techniques, including silk-screen printing, 3D puff printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and full sublimation to meet different branding needs.

Each method is carefully selected based on design requirements, ensuring strong visual impact, durability, and consistency across all production batches.

Sewing & Stitching (15–25 Days)

Our skilled workers ensure precise sewing and assembly, maintaining strict quality standards throughout the production process. Attention to detail guarantees consistent structure and finish.

Key stress points are reinforced with double stitching and bar-tack techniques, enhancing durability and ensuring the bags perform reliably under heavy use.

Wheel Installation (5–10 Days)

Wheel systems are installed using reinforced rivet structures to ensure stability and long-term performance. Each step is carried out by experienced technicians using advanced assembly equipment.

This process guarantees smooth mobility, strong load-bearing capacity, and consistent quality across all wheeled bag products.

Load Testing & Quality Inspection (1–3 Days)

We conduct comprehensive load testing using professional equipment to evaluate durability, strength, and overall performance under real-use conditions.

Secure Packaging (2–5 Days)
